Update 7/8/20 I missed the small card that was in the box with the unit that had customer service information on it so I contacted them and they responded quickly. They're sending me a new J-Box, not exactly a new box, so hopefully it works fine. Today I installed these lamps, and immediately after turning them on, one of the six indicators began to flicker, and then went out completely. Luckily they were installed in a false ceiling so I could look up at the ceiling and see the smoke coming out of the junction box. I immediately turned off the power and turned off the light. I removed the box and opened the inner box to find a melted and smoldering part on the control board. Now I'm worried about the other five who seem fine. I've tried contacting Torchstar but the return window is closed so I don't know what to do. The lights that work are very bright and clear pure colors. Then I love but I worry, hence one star.
