Based on my experience these glasses have made a noticeable difference in reducing eye strain from my computer screen. The anti-glare feature has improved my visual focus and INCREASED my productivity. The glasses are also lightweight and stylish. However, the one con is that they can easily slide down my nose if I don't adjust them properly..
