Wrong cable size and wrong carburettor parts.
As many said I had to reuse the top of the old carburetor because the knees were too long and there wasn't enough cable left inside to hook the bolt and throttle. The end of the throttle cable was the wrong length and needed to be filed, but I used the old one anyway because the cable was the wrong length. The top end of the cable was the wrong length and that was a fatal mistake. It's best to go to your local bike shop.
