I have used this tool in my current project to test user experience of our product,it is very good at what it does! The UI looks easy-to-use & intuitive with its own color scheme which makes things look more appealing as well.

It’s pretty fast once you get into getting your first results after some initial training phase by their support team members who also provide great tips about best practices using such tools. So far everything has been working fine but if there are any issues or problems then they will be fixed soon. Try them out!
