Gem missing

I would give this 5 stars but I can't. Instead of stones for every 12 months I received 2 April stones not March which is the only one I need. This is a gift to my stepmother that contains my father's ashes, so it's an incomplete gift now. I had already filled part of the urn before realizing it was missing, so understandably this product is non-refundable. I was already devastated by my father's sudden and early death and it was very difficult for me to pick up the urns and this necklace, but when I received this unfinished quest another gray cloud rolled over me.
