They have a great customer service team that will answer any questions or concerns you may have. The reporting capabilities are very good as well. I really like how customizable it is for my needs. There isn't much I dislike about this software other than maybe having more of an intuitive interface. If you're looking for something that can help you manage everything in one place, then look no further! From onboarding new customers to tracking orders in real time - we've been able to do just that with AO cloud's platform. We were missing some data collection for our existing client base which was solved by them adding features within their system. This also helped us create additional modules such as gift cards and discounts.
