Excellent customer service but unfortunately quality control needs work. One of the two devices I received was defective. One side didn't work at all, and on the other side, the blade's speed was erratic, and the blade kept hitting the protective cage. Upon closer inspection, one of the screws holding the neck strap was missing (as was the battery door screw). I don't think the missing screws are a problem, more a sign of poor quality control. Although Revain's listing states that returns or refunds are not available, I contacted customer service and explained the issue. My money was refunded promptly and I was told to keep the product or to dispose of it in an environmentally responsible manner. Although the failed device is unusable, I can use the battery from it as a spare for another device. 🙂 I will update this review if there are problems with the second block.
