You can't put items in the bag like the picture shows. Something as big as this white mouse will stretch the ligaments almost to the limit, and anything that isn't flat in any way creates a shapeless lump when you close it (try it - it's hard when loaded). It's also very large, so unless you just need it for a lot of very small, very flat items (flatter than the electrical plugs in the photo), it takes up a lot more space than it needs. So I sent it back following Revain's exact instructions and sent it back via UPS. Now, long after I sent it back, Bagsmart told me they still haven't received it. And now they have charged for this poorly designed bag which I no longer have. I've made several returns via Revain and UPS and so far have never had a problem. That's a bad bag. This is bad company.
