In theory, the coffee maker works well; however, in practice, it cannot produce high-quality coffee on its own; you will need to assist it in this endeavor. If you squeeze the horn, there is just enough room for a serving of double espresso (16 grams) all the way up to the MAX point. Given that the thermometer is mechanical, its operation is not very clear to me. At the very top there is a heating of cups (I dry the horn on it), and at the very bottom there is a drain. A crimson float will emerge from the tray once it has been filled with water. It is not sufficient to just remove the steam when washing the steamer because there is still milk inside; instead, it has been modified to lower itself into water while continuing to supply steam. It seems as though there is some type of problem with the horn; perhaps there was a marriage at the factory. It seems quite odd to have to twist it in order to take it off or put it on. In overall, it is functional, and I recommend that you purchase it as a budget coffee maker.
