Great little projector
We got this projector to play Xbox when the TV wasn't available. We only used it in a completely dark room and the picture was great. There wasn't much of a delay. The on-screen words from the game got a little blurry after the screen got bigger than 80 inches, but underneath it looked great. Words aside, however, the game was great at any size. I think it can be topped. I can't comment on using it in a well-lit room, but I don't think any projector will work well unless it's very expensive. I would definitely recommend it as a budget projector.
