This phone really is a piece of junk. Much worse than I thought, maybe a simple phone. The cord that plugs into the phone jack isn't very long, but it's also connected to the phone, so you can't just replace it with a longer cord. - Flexible opening, half of the clip releases instantly. The caller ID window is the smallest I've seen on a phone. And the worst thing is the bell that makes the most horrible tinny sound! I bought this as a backup landline phone after a sandstorm as all the other phones I have are cordless and need to be plugged in. So I left this awful little phone and put it in the closet. I only take it when absolutely necessary. Not worth the return shipping cost. Don't buy this!
