Oh I just hope it's not too late for me to return this item

I've always been a heavy user of Motorola phones. My last one was the Z2 Play Droid (Verizon Locked) and I was very happy with it. But the Moto g10 I replaced it with is so damn slow I just can't stand it. The resolution and clarity of the screen is absolutely terrible and when you pair this device with a second party like MetroPCS (T-Mobile's second shelf support) it's like pulling teeth without Novocaine. Yes, it was reasonably priced, but I never thought I'd be so keen to spend a lot more than double to get a phone that actually works as a modern communication device. The worst issue I just can't get over is putting the power button on the right side of the phone right where your fingers move every time you pick up the phone. If you do this, you will lock the screen (black) and will now need to unlock it with whatever authentication method you used before you can return to the home screen and do business. I have to unlock this phone at least 40 times a day. in circumstances where it just wasn't necessary for it to snap back into place. Grrr. I would have preferred if the power button on the right wasn't exactly where it shouldn't be. Who designed this? As an alternative design, you could place the power button on the top of the phone where your fingers wouldn't normally reach when picking up the phone, or instead of putting the fingerprint scanner on the back of the phone, just leave it where it is on my Z2 Play was - to the front bottom board in the center next to the bottom board. It didn't get in the way when you picked up the phone but was easy to find when needed. I'm going back to Verizon because the MetroPCS speeds were too slow for practical use and the network often dropped for long periods while driving through Alabama en route to Florida. Try to let your navigation app safely handle those circumstances as you cruise down the road at 70 mph. I will be replacing the Moto g10 with a device from another manufacturer that is more thoughtful for practical use and has strong performance specs, like a mid-range device that costs at least $450 with an OLED screen and a much faster Snapdragon processor - yes , with durable Gorilla Glass glass. fingerprints and breakage. As a former Moto enthusiast, I strongly recommend you stay away from this cheap G10 phone just to save a few bucks. If you want to stay in the Moto trim line, opt for the g50 and up so you don't cry at your desk!;
