Very poorly designed shoulder straps - TOO LONG
Love this backpack. What keeps me from giving it 5 stars are the ridiculously long straps and the fact that they can't be shortened in a fashion-forward way without cutting them and leaving you with a frayed finish. Most backpacks are designed so that the straps lengthen and shorten without sagging at the sides. Very disappointing.
