This works great but sometimes I run and it gets in the way. What you can do is buy some magnets and attach them to the table and treadmill arms to easily remove the table. Make sure you leave them overnight or the magnets will detach from the table or armrests. Be very careful with them when you take them out of the box. The magnets rebound onto other magnets and break. You will need 8. Also make sure you have magnetic sides before applying the 3M glue.
