This is my favorite budget brow pencil. Of course, there are better eyebrow pencils on the market, but they're not quite affordable for everyday use. It produces a dark brown pigment with a fairly neutral undertone (not too ash gray and not too red). What I like about it is that it doesn't smudge. It's a little tricky to apply as it's smudge proof, but I think it's a fair compromise. I usually use this pencil to shape and shape my brows and then powder them to make them look fuller. Also, I should add that I wear very little makeup. Sometimes just a brow pencil, moisturizer and lip balm, but this is my go-to for brows!
