Update after 2 years ------ Even after two years this headphone is still the best on the market today. No further replacement of the ear pads since the replacement. Everything is as comfortable as before. I use these headphones about 8 hours a day due to daily conference calls and media consumption. This means they have clocked up thousands of hours of use over the past two years. I have added photos for reference after 2 years of use but they bear no damage. The sound is still excellent and the mic is fantastic. I know people who use Airpods, Airpod Pros, Jabra 85H, Plantronics Voyager 5200 etc. but this is the BEST headphone sound for the people on the other end of the line and for yourself. If the kids are home, help out them to eliminate noise for you when it's loud and for users on the other side. I think that's very important in our time. The headphones will NOT cancel out your children's sounds when they are screaming right next to you or in front of you. No headphone can do that. However, if they are yelling in the next room or are relatively far away from you and you are not looking at them, this will neutralize them. It also has a handy MUTE button on the headphone that allows you to quickly toggle between mute and silent. Another great feature of these headphones is their ability to work with multiple devices. They are connected to my PC and phone so I can accompany them via phone (great sound quality but worse than a direct PC connection) when I want to go for a walk or I can connect to the PC when that is more convenient . I would say they are MUCH better than the Jabra 85H and probably a little worse but more practical than the Bose 700. I don't know if the same can be said for the build quality as the Bose 700s haven't proven to last thousands Operating hours within 2 years, at least for me. Update after 1 year ------- This headphone is still one of the best in my opinion. I replaced the ear pads when one of them broke (since I started using them during workouts), but they were easy to replace and cost around $25 on Amazon. The Bose 700 recently sold for $400 with better overall voice quality than microphones (obviously), but these headphones are perfect for conference calls. Of course, if you want to sing into these mics, BOSE is better. If you want to make calls with them and also listen to music or videos, they are perfect, especially if you want to save a few hundred euros compared to the BOSE 700. I've been using these headphones for about 6 months. now every day about 8 hours a day, LOTS to make phone calls and also to listen to music. These are the best headphones I've ever had. Pros: The sound quality is excellent. They sound great for listening to music and any kind of media consumption. The call quality is absolutely top. I've used a lot of earbuds for phone calls as I'm on the phone all day. They're great for hearing people on the other side (including international calls) as I hear in both ears and the volume is high. I can hear people on the other side while others have trouble understanding them during a conference call. The microphone on them is also the best in the business. If you are listening to music through your speakers at high volume, the person on the other end of the line will either barely hear it or not fully hear it. I work from home and my kids play in the next room but no one can say that I work from home. In fact, people always compliment me on how well they hear me. I can also use them to join calls when I'm out on my bike and they can't even tell I'm on my way. You can also hear me well, even when I'm at Starbucks on a busy day. They cut out background noise and make my voice very clear so even in those cases no one ever complained. The Bluetooth connection is excellent. When I turn on the headphones, they instantly connect to my phone and PC. These headphones are SUPER comfortable. I wear them 8 hours a day and no problems. These are the most comfortable headphones I've ever worn. Sure, Bose headphones come in handy too, but they're not designed for phone calls or voice calls. The battery life is just amazing. Never had a problem going a full day or two without charging. Again, I'm on the phone all day, so the battery drains over time. It's not like I just hear anything. Lots of options and settings. You can choose what happens when you pick up your headphones, put them on, how mute reminders work, etc. They've also fixed Android PLT Hub compatibility, so no more complaints. - Comes with a USB stick. I use this on my work PC for calls, on my home PC for media consumption, and on my PS4 when playing games. Just plug in and get started. Cons: - Not a big deal, but the noise cancellation isn't the best. Overall I like it, but it won't wipe out your babies crying in another room. - Micro-USB instead of USB-C for charging. - Rarely, but sometimes there are problems switching between PC and phone. In such cases I have to restart the headphones when this happens. If you're constantly on the phone, but also want high-quality headphones for media consumption, you've come to the right place. The quality also gets better with every firmware update. Best purchase I've made this year.
