Extremely difficult to set up.
After you have this in place and something attached to it, it works perfectly. The arms don't swing back and forth - because of this you have to assemble it and then try to negotiate to put items on the shelf while the arms swing back and forth. I ended up having to place the switch on my opposite bottom lip while doing the Cirque du Soleil to secure the other side. It's ok, but I've used much better racks.
