Review on 🧼 Ziploc Vacuum Starter Kit - 3-Quart Bags with 1 Pump by Greg Stevenson

I bought this product hoping it would keep some items in the fridge (salad) fresher longer after opening them at a lower price. Well, not like that. I've placed several different foods (from lettuce to diced chicken) into these bags about half full to ensure the seal doesn't break by overfilling the bag. I sat down at the kitchen table, filled 15 different sized bags and pumped them all until the air came out of them. Within 12 hours some packages were already unsealed and within 36 hours all packages were fully unsealed. I was so disgusted with the poor quality of this product that I emailed Ziploc to let them know what had happened. with their product. They responded with a simple general statement that they appreciated my input and will forward it to the appropriate department. About a week later, I received coupons for other bags in the mail. Why would I need more of these even if they were free? My advice is to skip this product. This is a waste of time and money. I would recommend saving your money and looking at/buying another vacuum sealer.
