Not sure about all the negative reviews. I seriously wonder if you ordered the correct remote control for your TV. If you match the serial number with the remote you shouldn't have any problems. I know several people who have ordered them. One didn't work - but the wrong remote control was ordered. It was returned for the correct console and was an instant hit. All I had to do was put in some good batteries and it was good to go. So check your TV's serial number and order the correct remote control. You will not be disappointed.
