I don't often write reviews but in this case I felt compelled to do so. I ordered three of these in different colors and when they arrived I opened the sky blue and was disappointed. I know I have a big head but it was too tight. Thinking I'd missed something about the sizing I checked the site but didn't so decided to try on navy blue and black. They fit a lot better. Well, the next day we were hit with freezing temperatures and a snowstorm, which is why I was looking for something like this. In previous years I had struggled with scarves when clearing snow and never considered a full face mask. I wore one as a bandage under the hood of my coat and the other as a face mask when shoveling snow and my face stayed warm! I was sheltered from the strong wind that stung my nose. This product was just what I needed before I knew it existed. The frustration that a color doesn't match has subsided. I informed the company of the sizing issue and they immediately wanted to make sure that I was not only 100% satisfied, but happy with my purchase. You really know the value of customer service. Thanks Ann and Laura, as the temperatures drop again and another swath of snow approaches I know I'm overcast.
