I would give the larger can 5 stars because it is cheaper. But we can't get that size on subscription and save, so we get that size, which is a problem since we use about 2 1/4 cans a day. Size and price aside, this is the best wet cat food out there. The quality is much higher than the usual store brands and it is the only brand that our cat eats. And BOY he eats it. We need to spread him out slowly throughout the day or he'll eat 2 full cans at once. (He's a monstrous panther.) We often get compliments on how great his coat is - soft, shiny and very pretty - and our vet told us it probably has a lot to do with this food. I don't know why or if it's true, but she said it! We briefly switched to a cheaper brand and really saw a change in his coat - matted and tangled and he had EVIL hairballs. Switched back and he was radiantly happy and free. So, a grain of salt, because I have no idea if the food was actually the source, but we swear by it!
