This platform is very easy to use, has all of my contact information in one place (which I love) with their chat feature being able to help me get what we needed done was awesome! Not much else that stands out but overall this product does its job well - no complaints here at least so far!! If you are looking into using any type SPA or Customer Service Application make sure they have great customer service as it will be your most important tool when working remotely from home during these times due COVID-19 pandemic/lock down situation.
