I loved this bag when I received it. I love the convertible design, the size and the fact that it's attractive enough. It was just the right size for an everyday bag that I can wear as a backpack when carrying my bulky work laptop and otherwise over my shoulder. However, after only 2 months of use, some of the stitching on the top of the bag came undone on one of the places where the strap runs. I'll probably try to fix it because I refuse to use it 2 months ago, but it's little skill to have it fall apart so quickly.
