The user interface of lead management system has been very good - easy navigation & super fast speed in data processing so far- Very helpful when it comes down to managing contacts via email/chat etc.- Customization options are great too (like adding custom fields). Not much I can say about this software right now but just go ahead if nothing else works out better than what they have designed by their team! Excellent customer service support from LeadsMiner India staff who really understand our needs well and make sure we get solutions which suit us best at each stage of collaboration process till final delivery.- Easy integration into Salesforce platform alongwith other applications like Hubspot / Marketo makes using LMS even more convenient once set up properly and customized accordingly.- Great ROI generated over time through effective use of automated workflows including auto.
