Review on Winco ADO 20 Stainless Gratin 20 Ounce by Jacqueline Sanchez

Just arrived, love these. The workmanship is good, the edges are a bit rough but usable, not so sharp that you could cut yourself. But I have to say oh they are a lot smaller than I expected. They'll work fine for me, but if I had to guess the volume just by looking at them, I'd guess around 10 ounces, not 20. So that's a serving plate just for me, which you'll be ok to take with you. . But definitely not big enough for a portion for two. and yes, I think it's enough for a batch of lasagne. I look forward to using them in my high temp combo oven and I think they will be great.
