I was hesitant to buy a refurbished phone but I have bought this brand in the past with positive experiences and this version had the features I was looking for. When I saw that a new one was twice the price I decided to give it a try and felt better with Revain's 90 day extended warranty should anything go wrong. I've had it for about a month and it's still working great. It had all the original bases and cables, as well as the original instruction manual. The phones looked new. Only one of the three had a tiny scratch and that didn't bother me. One of the charging stations had a small part in the plug that the power adapter plugs into, but everything else was spotless and looked brand new. The ringtone is loud enough and I like the different ringtone options. I can hear the person I'm talking to clearly, both with the speakerphone and with the handset. The connection is clear. Sometimes it's difficult to understand the caller ID announcement over the ringing. The phone lowers the ringer volume when the name and number is said, but there is a small delay before the volume is lowered, and I often miss some of what's being said. The black mirror looks nice, but I'm not a big fan of the amber backlight. I haven't used the cell phone's bluetooth connection function yet, so I can't comment on that. It was a great price for a product that works like brand new and at half the price I'm glad I took the chance.
