This is a very interesting solution for the docking station, thanks to which the word "dock" really justifies its function. The laptop literally "docks" to the device, and then you have all the connections on the back. It gives you pretty much everything you could possibly need in a dock and it's very well made. At first glance, you might think this is a HUGE laptop dock, but since it's also a full-fledged security station, its size makes it quite compact when bolted to a surface. Is it expensive! We had to base our decisions on commercial/corporate use as the average consumer had no idea how they would use something like this unless they were leaving their laptop unattended, but even then they would probably choose a regular cable lock. However, when it comes to professional use of something like this, it can be incredibly handy. No codes to remember and no keys lying around. Not only that, you are never limited to ONE key as you can assign a device to each K-Fob before locking it. A very interesting unit indeed. A bit expensive again. Even for commercial use, if you need a lot of it (like an internet cafe), this order gets pretty expensive very quickly. You'd better pair them with a fairly expensive laptop to get the most out of them. ** If you found our review helpful, please upvote it below so I know.
