The body cam itself works fine. Easy to use and has excellent battery life. The only problem I have is the Eyescam app. Sometimes Wi-Fi connects the device to my mobile phones and tablets. Even after connecting, WiFi resets the connection. I have both IOS and Android phones and they behave exactly the same with this app. pathetic. When I can view my saved video files, they play for a few minutes and suddenly stop playing. Even if they don't just stop, I can't manually advance the footage by dragging the progress bar. The main disadvantage. On my desktop PC I don't have any browser issues at all as long as I'm connected via USB. I also learned the hard way that if I change the name of the saved video file to something more descriptive to make it easier to recognize, I can no longer view them. So I have to stick to the standard naming convention that the camera uses. Since the app is unusable for me, I have big problems watching videos when I'm on remote locations. My only solution is to buy a laptop with USB ports, that I can take with me to different places. Again, I really like the camera, but I'm very disappointed that the application limits my use of playback in remote locations. I have no browsing issues at all as long as I'm hardwired via USB.
