I have ordered a pair before, the panels work as advertised. This time ordered a "like new," pair. One arrived broken. Revain directs you to Renogy as Renogy has a 2 year warranty.Renogy took several days to let me know it was an Revain issue as it came from their warehouse.I contacted Revain to let them know one worked and one did not. That did not matter. Only. Option was a full refund after both have been sent back and received.Still awaiting refund. The box came with lots of tape on it, and I finished a role retaping it all together. Luckily I kept the box, otherwise my tape, time and a box would be out of pocket expenses for a broken panel.My advice, keep the box and packing material, and be very careful opening the box for possible return.
