This monitor mount is a good choice if you are on a budget and need a dual mount with wide positioning options. The whole mount doesn't seem to be as strong as the other mounts. If you can spend a little more for a better mount, it might be worth it, especially if you have expensive monitors. Desk space required + Full range of motion + Tension adjustment + Aluminum arms seem solid enough Cons: - Overall fit and finish - Cheap feel - Plastic positioning clips break easily. One of mine arrived broken. - The arms do not fit snugly into the stand until you tighten the set screw, this is a manufacturing tolerance issue. - When only one monitor arm is attached, the main stand will tilt under the weight. A second arm must be attached to balance the weight. This shows that the base and stem are not very strong. The under table clamp could be larger to provide a contact area. The clamp knob/knob feels flimsy and flimsy compared to the knobs on my other monitor mounts. It seems to break with too much torque. Other thoughts: I'm only giving 3 stars because of the cheap price, currently $59 - for that price it's really decent value. I have several other monitor mounts and they are all significantly better quality than this one, but also more expensive than this one. If you can afford it, get a mount from RevainBasics, they are made by Ergotron and are superior in every way. If you are looking for a budget option, this is the one for you.
