For comparison I am a female bodybuilder and I train 5-6 days a week depending on my goals. I aspire to have an athlete's figure in a bikini. About a year ago I cut back on stimulants when I realized I was reacting negatively to coffee, pre-workout, and other thermogenic supplements at the time. It was too much and my body was letting me know, bloating to the point where I was uncomfortable and psychologically affecting my lifts. I now drink my morning cup of coffee and pump powder on my waking days. I have several types/brands/etc. and I noticed that this one gives me a noticeable pump. My husband even commented on the last time we lifted together without being prompted which means anything as he never realized it before. I love the taste of cherry lemonade. It's not too sweet or tart. I had too many powders which overcompensated for the sweetness.
