I like how easy to use system is for our clients who are visiting us in different locations around Australia! Easy access from anywhere with good customer service support as well. Nothing really at this point but minor issue which we will address soon. We need more options when sending out surveys or reminders about upcoming event/event registration so other users don't miss them. Also would be great if you could set up an automatic reminder email sent after x days without any activity by visitor. It helps keep track of all events happening at one place and also makes sure everyone knows what's going on next week etc.
