Do not buy this item
Bought two days ago. Installed MS Office. Personal files could not be installed. Besides downloading MS Office, I haven't downloaded anything else. Didn't transfer files. The screen does not light up. Tried all troubleshooting tools and procedures but to no avail. Most likely a memory problem. Let's bring this guy back today.
