DO NOT buy this if you want something permanent that will really hold your device. This is the worst case. I like the rubber bumper on the case, but the lid doesn't stay closed and isn't strong enough to survive servicing the iPad when using the "stand". waste of money. UPDATE: THIS CASE WILL NOT PROTECT YOUR DEVICE. The iPad fell about 2 feet and the screen shattered. Thank goodness for Apple's concern, but this case is TERRIBLE. Do not buy
