Review on ASUS X570 Plus Motherboard paired with VG248QG Monitor – A Dynamic Duo for High Performance Gaming and Productivity by Somphet Aguilar

I paired this motherboard with a 12-core Ryzen 3900 XT because I needed a lot of cores for Unreal lighting calculations in a game I'm developing and I have it with 2x Corsair Force Series MP600 1TB NVMe drives with PCIe interface 4.0 coupled. x4 and are designed for speeds of up to 4950 Mbit/s. The RAM is a Corsair CMK32GX4M4A2666C16 Vengeance LPX 32GB and the video is an RTX 2060. The CPU cooler is an ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 240. If you build a system with this motherboard, there is one thing to keep in mind: despite the presence of HDMI and DisplayPort connectors on the motherboard, the video source comes from the GPU. The Ryzen 3900 XT doesn't have an integrated GPU, so keep that in mind if you need multiple monitors. Boot time is about 4-6 seconds from key press to Windows logon. The Cyperpunk 2077 runs on ultra-high settings with ray tracing enabled, and with two case fans in a push-pull configuration, CPU temperatures remain around 40C, which I keep at around 75 degrees Fahrenheit, even under my office's heavy workload. I haven't found anything interfering with this configuration. Installation was very easy and the board has been stable for 8 months. I bought it for the PCIe 4.0 support, planning to buy an RTX 3090 when cryptocurrency miners stop restricting shipments. If you are building a high-performance system, this motherboard is highly recommended as the basis for it.
