Follow directions carefully: wash face, wet nose, dry hands, apply strips, allow to dry 15 minutes, remove from tips. This removed a 1 inch piece of skin from the center of my nose and pulled out maybe 2 blackheads. When used correctly, they stick well. Have requested a refund.
