It's not often that I can say that a product purchased online is better than expected but this pan is an exception. I was stunned when I took it out of the box. It's very thick, durable, strong, smooth. The handles are really strong and durable. Enjoy watching! I've wanted a grill like this for a long time and it's pretty damn strong too and its handles make it very easy to get the meat out of the pan. I can add that it is the perfect size. For years I've cooked turkeys in a giant pan that takes up too much room in the oven. There is room for a decent bird here and there is still room for a side dish. The pan can also be used without the grid for lasagne, casseroles or other things. Good thing they included a stainless steel turkey attachment as well as a pair of forks for lifting the turkey or roasting it out of the pan. Inside the turkey attachment is a brush for cleaning the turkey and (I don't know what to call it) something to squirt liquid into the meat while it's roasting. In fact, for a professional level of quality, the price is fabulous. This would be a great wedding gift!
