I've seen previous comments about finishing to size. The last comment I saw said it was fixed so I ordered and even with the thermal pad there is a NOTICEABLE gap between the heatsink and ANY chip. just trash. And the fact that they sent this to me knowing others had a problem shows they have no integrity or quality control and will discard their bad products with no shame. Other thoughts: There is no mechanism to prevent chipping (like springs) even if the heatsink fits. Now, in addition to the extreme consumption of the product, you need to buy additional copper gaskets and thermal paste. Stay away.
