This is probably the worst designed water jug I have ever used in my life. I don't work for any competitors, I don't get paid and I don't care. but you should know that this is a joke. The seal where the filter meets the cheap flimsy plastic just doesn't work. I've tried several pH refresh filters but they just don't seal well. The rubber grommet on the bottom prevents you from sliding on the countertop, it just stays in place and fell off twice on me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product. Water tastes great and a high pH is supposed to be right, but this jug isn't the right one for that. I bought a new Brita (which we've been using for years) and that makes this thing look like a joke. Other jars from this company are made of bamboo and glass, look nice and hopefully work much better. But DON'T BUY THIS GARBAGE they call a "thin pitcher of water". You must stop it as soon as possible. All health 👌
