This is a Chinese Keihin clone so you know you are not getting the highest quality but it would be nice if it was at least close to what the pictures show or even "New". as described. The bad: 1) It's very battered and shows signs of previous installation and removal, definitely not "new" 2) The e-choke connector is covered in grease and clearly indicates it's used Part trades 3) The nozzles have been chewed up and are unmarked, making it difficult to determine how it flows and providing more evidence of it being 'used'.
