Very helpful and reliable platform for dealing

This software has been able to solve my issues with emails going into an endless loop of being sent back out again after having gone through one or more autoflows, resulting in me not receiving any updates on what was happening.

It does take some time getting used to it but I find that once you do get familiar with how easy this program works then there's no reason why your business shouldn't be using them! We have had very little problems since implementing AutoFlow as our only way to contact customer support now - which we did struggle with previously when trying hard enough could sometimes make something happen via chat but nothing came of that either so really couldn;t complain about anything at all here. The fact they will happily walk anyone who asks around their product without hesitation would also give us confidence that if things are ever required by law etc. they'd know where/how best fit.

Pros
  • Easy setup & good instructions provided within Google Help center along side many other helpful features like customization options plus email notifications (via mobile phone) while waiting too long before response from someone else is given can save hours worth work instead wasted frustration :)
Cons
  • Would love option available soon ish just giving users abilityto add new fields automatically upon importing existing data rather than manually
