Wish it was shorter
It's nice that the pillow is in a fixed position in the middle. I just want the shortest take to be a little shorter. I use this on a weekend duffel and in the shortest position it sits just below my hips. I like it a little higher so the bag either sits on the hips or sits a little higher. Although this is not so important. The quality is still good and deserves 4 stars.
