Review on Uxcell Single Direction Thrust Bearings Power Transmission Products in Bearings by Amicz Kakaruk
They work, but don't load them vertically or you'll be in for an explosive surprise.
I've had several of these that literally exploded under pressure. The races cracked and the bearings flew. There's nothing wrong with them for light work, but I wouldn't add more than a hundred pounds or so to them.
