Pros: It's easy to install and works exactly as promised. I use mine in conjunction with a TripLite APS1250 in my RV. This makes it easy for me to control the ASP1250 from a remote location. Cons: This device does NOT allow you to turn off the APS1250 when not in use. In the best case, it is put into a very energy-saving standby mode. it is still necessary to access the ASP1250 to turn it on/off before or after use. Ugliness: Using a large mounting plate requires a fairly large hole in whatever you're installing it into. But the plate is much bigger than the hole, so it doesn't matter.
