I had to rethink my system of organization for my new tools. I wanted to be able to take the entire set of outlets from the main box and toss them into a service truck to take it to work. It's the 21st century, so old crappy metal splints with spring clips weren't an option. Hansen-style trays are great if you keep them stationary for the most part, but they're a bit flimsy to withstand regular movement in and out of the box. Ernst's twist lock guides are pretty good, but the size markings are a bit small and can be hidden. Westling looks quite stylish but they are really intended for those users who buy Snap On because they care more about expensive tools than a good deal. For my specific needs and desires these trays are absolutely perfect. The magnet that holds the tray to the metal and holds the sockets in the tray is very strong. (In fact, it's so strong that I have to double-fold the liner in the drawer to make it easier to take it out.) It's strong enough to hold the tray to the side of the box and prevent the sockets from falling off. out It even stays upside down if you don't shake it too hard. The plastic looks like a solid piece so it will be very durable. All markings are clear and legible. They include what is commonly considered a full set of sizes, with both 1/4" and 3/8" versions accommodating standard and deep holes. The 1/2 inch compartment only holds one passage, which is a small disadvantage for me. I understand they do this to make the tray smaller, but I wish they offered a 1/2 inch tray. a tray with holes for a full complement of regular and deep for those of us with space. I've read that there are some brands of sockets that won't fit the holes, but all of my Craftsman & Pittsburgh sockets fit fine. A little play to make them easy to insert, but not so much that they rattle. Highly recommended.
