These beautiful straps are easy to adjust and cut to length for a comfortable fit. The buckle is made of plastic, but holds up well and is securely fixed, does not slip. My annoyance, and this is my fault, is that I shortened the coffee-colored belt a bit and lost the belt loop as a result. I'm seriously considering getting a few more, but probably in the 1.25 inch size. But I want a plastic buckle, not a metal buckle.
