Review on Met Lux 4oz Portion Scoop: Durable Cookie Scoop, Gray Handle, Stainless Steel Dish for Portion Control in Restaurants by Grant Galloway

I have an ice cream truck and have been testing different scoops - I bought this with the 'like new' option, the scoop arrived today and I can't rate how it is In fact it actually works because it was covered in food as shown in the photo and packaged with a sticker indicating it was verified by Amazon. The handle itself is completely worn and scratched along with the food on it. I don't normally even write a review, but I was so outraged that I felt it necessary. This item was obviously freshly boxed and inspection tagged and no one even looked at it.
