The hydration system is unreliable and uncomfortable. The water bladder leaks and the tube easily gets twisted, making it difficult to drink from. The pros are the lightweight design and easy-to-adjust straps. The cons are the poor quality hydration system and uncomfortable fit .Overall, not worth the investment for serious athletes in Sports and Outdoors..
