So far I really like this product. I didn't have any issues with the fabric dissolving quickly as others have noted, but I also started with some water. In other words, I didn't wet the tip with water, only half-wet it. I think this method kept the end of the napkin from breaking too quickly. I was very pleased to see that I can clean the rim of the toilet seat VERY well. It removes limescale from under the toilet rim that none of my regular toilet brushes could reach. I'm one of those weird people who gets happy when things get clean, so I had a very big smile and a sigh of relief when I saw this product actually slip into the gap around the underside of my toilet rim. i can't start conveying the disappointment I felt at the musty smell of the toilet. I wanted to rip out that toilet and buy a new one because I was having a nervous breakdown every day fighting that smell. YES, you read that right: I cleaned my toilet every day and achieved nothing. I knew the smell was coming from a slot on the underside of the rim, but as I said regular toilet brushes didn't get in there. So you can imagine my relief when I saw that he had entered the gap and cleaned the scale. I almost cried, I was so relieved. My only complaint was that the tip of the napkin kept slipping out of the wand's grip and I had to strain all the time to pick it up with the wand. Hence 5 stars for efficiency and effectiveness. Minus 1 star for the handle design which needs some improvement.
