I couldn't get Bluetooth to work at first, but after a little research on the internet I was able to test the sound and microphone and they work perfectly. Bluetooth was able to search for devices but did not connect or establish a connection. The method I used for the above pairing issue: Windows + R on my keyboard and typing "services.msc" navigates to "Bluetooth Support Service". Right click and go to Properties. When the window opens, I changed the startup type from "Manual" to "Automatic" and then checked on the "Log on" tab that "This account" was selected instead of the local system account. Then all the devices paired smoothly and with great sound. Then close the properties window, right-click Bluetooth Support Services and click Update and Wallach. Much better than the bluetooth dongle I tried before. Update 7/31/2021 Bluetooth became very intermittent during calls. So I had to buy a new one. The new one is very clear. I would not buy this device again due to the poor programming and durability.
